Mastering Compliance session
Event room
You show up to a signing and the signer's name on the document does not match the name on their ID. The lender tells you to proceed because there is a Name Affidavit in the package. The title company says other notaries do it all the time. But your Nevada Revised Statutes tell a different story — and you know it.
Situations like this one happen more than they should, and how you handle them defines your professionalism and protects your commission. In this session, representatives from the industries we serve daily — title and escrow companies, mortgage lenders, and law firms — sit across from us and speak candidly about document compliance from their side of the table. What do they actually see when a notarization comes back problematic? What do they need from us to get it right the first time? And how do we hold our ground professionally when industry pressure conflicts with our statutory obligations?
This is the conversation that usually does not happen in the same room. It is happening here.

Rejections Reduction session
Event room
A rejected notarization is not just an inconvenience — it is a delayed closing, a frustrated client, a strained professional relationship, and in some cases a question mark over your reputation. The frustrating reality is that many rejections are preventable, and most share the same root causes.
In this session, our panelists pull back the curtain on why notarizations get rejected — missing or non-compliant notarial wording, certificate errors, incomplete acknowledgments, and the documentation gaps that slip through even experienced notaries' checklists. More importantly, they address what we can do differently at the signing table, before the package ever leaves our hands, to reduce the likelihood of rejection significantly. If you have ever received a call days after a signing telling you something was wrong, this session was built for that moment.
Operational Efficiency session
Event room
Knowing how to notarize correctly is one thing. Building a notary practice that runs smoothly, handles pressure professionally, and sustains itself over time is another skill set entirely — one that rarely gets talked about in formal training.
This session is different from the others. Rather than hearing from the industries we serve, we hear from veteran Nevada notaries who have built and refined their own systems through years of real-world experience. How do they manage last-minute signing requests without sacrificing accuracy? How do they communicate with clients, escrow officers, and loan officers in ways that command respect and reduce friction? How do they protect their commission while keeping professional relationships intact? If you are looking to sharpen not just what you do but how you operate, this is the session to stay sharp for.
